These terms govern your use of wielden.com. By using the site you accept them. They are short, because the site is simple: it presents Wielden’s work and lets you book a conversation.
01Who operates this site
Wielden is a trading name of Eldwen Holding Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17313227). Registered office: College House, 2nd Floor, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London HA4 7AE.
02Informational purpose
The content of this site is provided for information only. Wielden is a design studio. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or compliance advice, and Wielden is not a registered investment adviser. Statements about the SEC Marketing Rule and related regulation describe our design approach; they are not legal advice, and responsibility for a firm’s compliance always remains with the firm and its Chief Compliance Officer.
03Concept case studies
The case studies published on this site are unsolicited concept work: independent design analyses and redesign proposals prepared by Wielden without the involvement of the firms featured. They do not imply a client relationship, endorsement, or affiliation with those firms. All trademarks, firm names, and referenced materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the subject of each analysis. Observations reflect the public state of each firm’s website at the time of writing and may not reflect subsequent changes. Any firm featured that would like an analysis amended or removed can email jeremie@wielden.com and we will respond promptly.
04Client engagements
Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer. Engagement terms, scope, fees, payment schedules, timelines, and refund policy are documented in the engagement letter signed by both parties before any project begins. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails.
05Intellectual property
The design, text, and original visual work on this site belong to Eldwen Holding Ltd. You may link to the site freely and quote brief excerpts with attribution; reproducing substantial portions of the site or its concept work without written permission is not permitted.
06Third-party services
The site links to and embeds third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling and LinkedIn. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Wielden is not responsible for their content or practices. How we handle personal information is described in the privacy policy.
07No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” While we work to keep its content accurate and available, we make no warranty that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eldwen Holding Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of this site.
